Dr. David M. Goldstein, M.D.
Dr. David M. Goldstein is a board-certified physician specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He earned both his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (1977) and M.S. in Bioengineering from the University of Michigan before completing his medical degree in 1982, also at the University of Michigan. Since 1985, Dr. Goldstein has been helping patients improve their health through natural and holistic approaches, focusing on nutrition, bioidentical hormone therapy, and detoxification. As a member of the International College of Integrative Medicine (icimed.com), he is dedicated to empowering patients with natural medicines that support long-term wellness and healing.
Madeline Meadows, CRNP
Madeline (Maddie) Meadows is a dedicated natural medicine nurse practitioner with extensive experience in various intensive care settings, including cardiovascular, Covid, and medical ICUs. She holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh, a nursing degree from
Duquesne University, and a Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Carlow University with complete board certification through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (FNP-C).Maddie is an active member of the PA Coalition of NPs, Association of Holistic Nursing, the International College of Integrative Medicine (ICIM), and the Academy of Integrative Heath and Medicine (AIHM).
She is passionate about helping individuals achieve optimal health by focusing on the delicate balance of hormones, nutrient deficiencies, and the body’s natural detoxification process. With a deep commitment to natural medicine, she guides people in restoring equilibrium through holistic approaches—using bioidentical hormones, nutrition, and vitamin supplements to support the body’s innate ability to heal. Her work is centered on empowering individuals to understand their unique needs, addressing underlying imbalances, and fostering sustainable wellness. As a mother, she believes in the power of natural healing to promote long-term health for generations to come. She enjoys hiking, cooking, weight lifting, and the Great British Bake Off. She currently resides in Zelienople with her husband and daughter. She dreams of owning a hobby farm one day.
